  2. Content • The main content of this story is to mock how the particle accelerator is an important object to us humans because basic electricity is in high need for Americans. We as Americans are too busy worrying about Calvin Klein and people worrying about materialistic things.

  3. Genre/ how it operates in text • genres of this poem are non-fiction, satire. The way non-fiction operates in this text is that it deals with a real life issue or subject. The way Satire operates in this text is making fun of humans and how we separate are needs from are wants.

  5. Historical/Social Context • Particle Accelerators have the potential to provide powerful/clean energy to the world, but lots of people are turning away from the idea of having one in the US because they don’t understand what it really does.
