    3. Authorized Users must initially train their employees as Radiation Workers before allowing them to work in a radiation laboratory.

    4. All Radiation Worker Training must be documented using form; “UGA Radiation Worker Certification” Available on line at “ONLINE FORMS” http://www.esd.uga.edu/rad/index.htm Once completed this form must be returned to the RSO. A copy will be provided for your records
