  3. ImageJで画像ファイルを開く 画像処理ソフトImageJで画像ファイルを開きます。[File]-[Open…] ImageJのメニューウィンドウ

  4. 画像をグレースケールにする 8bitの明るさ情報をもつ画像に変換します。 [Image]-[Type]-[8-bit] 元画像 8bitグレースケール画像
