  2. Step 1. Go to the Start Button and click on Control Panel.

  3. Step 2. Go to programs and then click Uninstall a program Step 3. After clicking uninstall the program, click Trend Micro Office Scan

  4. Step 4. Click “Change” Step 5. Click “Next”

  5. Step 6. Click “Remove” and then click “Next” Step 7. Type the “Password” and then click “Next” Step 8. Click “OK” Step 9. When the “Uninstaller” complete, click “Next”

  6. Method 2 Step 1. Open File Explorer. Step 2. Double tap the C://drive. Step 3. Double tap the Program Files (x86) envelope. Step 4. Double tap the Trend Micro envelope. Step 5. Double tap the OfficeScan Client envelope. Step 6. Find NTRmv.exe and afterward double tap it.
