NEW YORK Market Invoicing- Ambit Energy does not generate the invoice, the Customer will receive an invoice from their Incumbent. • Invoice is divided into two parts- • Supply Charge (provided by Ambit Energy) • Delivery Charge (Incumbent)- Con Ed, National Grid, Key Span, Central Hudson, NYSEG, RG&E, Orange & Rockland, and National Fuel Gas
NEW YORK Free Energy Referral Program-Customers have 180 days from service start date to enroll 15 customers (refer these customer to consultant’s personal website to enroll) • The credit is based on an average payment amount of the minimum 15 customers • All bills must be paid on time • Free energy credit is displayed on: • Bill Credits: KeySpan, NYSEG, and RG&E • Check: Con Ed, National Grid, Orange & Rockland, Central Hudson, and National Fuel Gas • Should the credit exceed the balance, the supply portion of the bill will be reduced to a zero balance
NEW YORK Product Plans Guarantee Savings Plan- Customer saves 7% discount off published delivery providers monthly rates for the first 2 months and a guaranteed minimum of 1% savings over 12 months • Any NY customer who does not save at least 1% guaranteed savings over a 12 month consecutive period, they will receive a refund check for the difference (supply portion only) • Customer must renew their plan before the 12 month anniversary date to remain eligible for the plan • Contact Customer Care at (877) 282-6248 • If customer does not renew they roll onto the New York Select Variable Plan which does not guarantee the annual savings Ambit Certified Green-this negates the 1% savings however the customer is still eligible for the 7% discount for the first 65 days • Green Product is always 0.02 more than any other plan choice

NEW YORK Products Accepted Assistance Programs- The Customer will need to contact their utility prior to switching their service to Ambit • Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) or Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP)- federally funded program that issues heating benefits to supplement a household’s annual energy cost • If a Customer chooses to become an Ambit Customer he/she will loose their HEAP benefits • Power Partners- is an income assistance program which lowers a household’s monthly service charge (delivery) and provides assistance on paying off past-due balances • Customers will remain on the Power Partners Program when they switch to Ambit. No action is required on the Customer end to continue receiving assistance
NEW YORK Products Accepted Assistance Programs-The Customer will need to contact their utility prior to switching their service to Ambit • The Powerful Opportunity Program (POP)- temporary payment assistance program designed to help eligible customers pay off their past due balance up to any amount and stay current with future monthly budget bills • DSS Group is for customers who are at least 62 years old, blind or disabled that receive a lower monthly gas rate, debt forgiveness, emergency heating equipment repair/replacement or conservation efforts

NEW YORK Products Budget Billing-Helps to generate an average usage and rate during peak seasons to avoid high usage and rate charges • Available for the Supply Portion through Ambit Energy- NYSEG, RGE, and KeySpan Customers How it works- • A 12 month average of usage history and current gas or electricity rate is calculated (locked in for 8 months) • Every 8 months, usage and rates are recalculated and any difference (rolling true up) will appear on the customer’s 9th invoice • Contact the Incumbent to re-enroll for delivery and contact Ambit for supply • Customer will continue to receive 1% guarantee • Free Energy does apply
NEW YORK Products Level Billing- Intended to help manage usage amounts and rates that vary drastically throughout the year • Available in ConEdison (Delivery & Supply) • Must contact ConEdison to enroll How it works- • Estimated annual cost and consumption total is divided by 12 to determine the “level” payment for that year • It is recommended to stick with this plan for at least 12 months • After the 12 month difference is calculated between what you paid (level billing) and the actual amount of energy used, if customer used less than what he/she paid for, a refund will be issued • If customer used more than what was paid for, balance is due at time of invoice
NEW YORK Products Balanced Billing- Minimize the “peaks and valleys” of monthly energy bills • Available in National Grid (Delivery & Supply) • Must contact National Grid to enroll How it works- • 12th month is “Settlement Month” • A credit will be applied for any amount of energy that is paid and not used in order to bring the account balance to zero • If payments were not large enough, the balance will be divided by 12 and added to next years proposed budget for each month • To qualify: • Accounts balance must be current • Over due balances must be paid • Payment amount can change up to 4 times a year (used to prevent large balances) • Customers will be notified a month prior to change
