Confritti Christmas sweets
You need: • Bowls ; • A knife ; • A frying pan / a deep fryer .
Ingredients for the pastry: • 1 kg of flour ; • 100 g of oil ; • 100 g of sugar ; • A pinch of yeast ; • 100 g of Anice liqueur ; • The rind of an orange ; • The juice of an orange.
Ingredients for the Decoration: • Honey ; • Hundreds and thousands.
Preparation: • Mix the pastry ; • Make mini-rolls from the pastry ; • Cut the mini-rolls ; • Put the little cubes in the deep-fryes ; • Refresh them ; • Pour on them the honey and the hundreds and thousands .
