ADAM AKESSON’SE-PORTFOLIO For the Thinking Through Computing Learning Community
What is in my E-portfolio? • Description of the Thinking Through Computing Learning Community. • Projects and Assignments we have done in the past. • Links to other Pace University websites. • Webpages I have created composed of many different tags.
What tags did I use in my webpage? • <title> </title> • <font size=4> </font> • <b> </b> • <a href=“yourlinkhere.html”></a> • <table> </table> • <frames> </frames>
What is the purpose of Frames <frames> </frames>? Frames allow you to combine two webpages into one webpage. For example if you have a directory of links, instead of placing the HTML coding on each page, you do it on it’s own separate page, and it remains displayed while the rest of the page changes. + =
Frames + Links = Easy Menus Before you click on a link under the Adam Akesson’s E-Portfolio title. After you click on a link under the Adam Akesson’s E-portfolio title. After the link was clicked only the area under the title and the links was changed.
The End….. As you can see frames are very useful, and they are a major part of the format I used when I created my E-portfolio.
