FACTS • 10 years of inception • Started with 240 BE students; Now around 2500 students • Started with 1 course; Now 5 courses • Started with 0 Alumni; Now around 2500 heads strong Alumni Network =============================================   “Great things often start with humble beginnings”

  3. SPIRIT OF THE EVENT OVER 5000 STUDENTS’ NETWORK ====== 10 YEARS ====== 6 ALUMNI BATCHES ====== 5 COURSES ====== BUT ONLY 1 SPIRIT… “PROUD TO BE A MEDI-CAPtion”

  4. ALUMNI MEET ON 27TH DEC: GOALS • To get a high turnout (at least 500/2500 alumni) • Help alumni network with each other more strongly • Help creating brand – MITM • Extract maximum value from alumni for current students • Strengthen participation of alumni

  5. TASKS TO BE DONE • Create work-groups: Comprising of 1 alumni committee member, 1 Faculty member and 5 existing students • Promotions Team • Communication Team • Logistic Team • Infrastructure Team • Programming Team • Fixing KRAs for each team • Fixing Timelines • Getting into the field • Tracking the progress • Countdown to the D-day!
