  1. Introduction of additional Four years warranty on PFC condenser Coil • Scope of extended warranty : • Additional four years warranty on PFC condenser coil after expiry of one year comprehensive warranty. • Model covered as of now : VSD53/55; VSZ53/55; VSD33/35; VSZ33/35. • Warranty will be on Part only. Any additional charges like Labour Charges, Transportation, Gas charging etc to be borne by Customer. Warranty Effective Date : Product sold to customer on or from 1st July’14 till 31st December 2014. Any change in scheme closure date as may be decided by management to be communicated to you. • Process of warranty claim: • The warranty will be effective from the date of sale to customer. • The customer need to provide original purchase bill/invoice at the time of availing this benefit. Necessary changes is being made in WEBCMS to ensure P2P claim to ASCs. • There will be no additional warranty card to be given to customer for this. The original purchase bill will be enough for the warranty validation. • In case any customer insists for written communication, the following process to be followed. • Request customer to log call at customer care (39404040 with state capital STD code as prefix) • Service person will visit the customer, verify the details and take copy of the invoice. • The Extended Warranty card will be sent to customer directly by post from HO, post verification. CAUTION : THE 4 YEARS EXTENDED WARRANTY IS ON PFC (ALUMINIUM) CONDENSER ONLY. DO NOT USE IT FOR COPPER CONDENSER MODELs.
