  2. Telegraph News App – iPhone The Telegraph News app has already been downloaded from the Apple app store around 400,000 times, and that number is growing daily. The Telegraph News App is the undisputed number one UK newspaper app, and the number two overall free news app in the UK, second only to Sky News. The app is currently sponsored by Dell for Business.

  3. Time spent per session, by time of day “It would appear that the Telegraph app is most useful to our readers in a period of downtime. Maybe 10 minutes between meetings or while travelling throughout the working day, but up to 21 minutes per session in the evening”

Telegraph News App – content • Telegraph News app has a wide range of channels inc: • News • Finance • Comment • Sport • Motoring • Travel • Technology Telegraph TV is also available in within the app, and currently gets around 30,000 plays a month. Again, that number is set To grow significantly in the months to come.

  6. Sponsorship Package The cost to sponsor the Telegraph News app is £25,000 per month. For that you get 100% share of voice on the app for one month, and advertising opportunities including a logo on the loading screen, ad banners on all top level pages in the app, and video pre-rolls to run before every video played in the app. Branding on loading screen Banners on lead pages Video pre-roll before video plays

  7. Banners Banners can click through to brands website, but that is only recommended if the site is optimised for mobile use otherwise it offers the user a poor user experience. If your site is not optimised for mobile, it is recommended that you build a landing page or microsite (see next two slides for costs and examples)
