Stick to Your Beliefs (Modified) • Rubric sheet is in the middle of a team of 4 • Each person has 3 green and 3 red stickers • SILENTLY each person sticks the • 3 green stickers with the part of the rubric with which they like/want to see stay • 3 red stickers with the part(s) of the rubric with which they struggle with/would like to change • Round – Robin • Go around the table clockwise (30 seconds each) and discuss why you put your stickers where you did. • Did you notice any similarities? Did anything stand out?

PROCESS • We will take your thoughts and contributions from today • Turn the DRAFT COPY into a WORKING COPY (NOT FINAL!!) • Put in Mailboxes tomorrow • If you want to, try it out in your classes so you can give us some meaningful feedback • Reflect over next staff meetings. Tweak and change until we have a FINAL copy.
