  2. Wikileaks has distributed thousands of classified information from governments around the world. The purpose was to expose what really went on behind central governments, and educate citizens about what we cant see.

  3. Wikileaks affected internet security around the world. New internet filters have been made to prevent secrets from being leaked over the internet. Now search engines and home browsers filter specific websites and data.

  4. War logs Was the most controversial leak from America. Military forces killed over a 100 afghanistan civilians but it was never reported. Also War logs mentions that there is a special american military unit that is used to capture Taliban leaders, and kill them without trial.

  5. Julian Assange • He is the editor-in-chief and founder of Wikileaks. At the age of 20 Assange was charged with more than 30 counts of hacking on the Nortel communications company. His desire to show what really goes on behind the scenes led him to create wikileaks, so he could collect and share confidential information on an international scale. Since then he has published tons of classified information from many governments.

  6. In December 2010, Assange was being investigated by Swedish police for a connection to two sexual assault cases. Womans rights activists lashed out against Assange, yet other groups still think highly of him because he brings truth to citizens. The question of whether he is good or bad is determined by what the media has released.
