  3. Osmoregulation Definition • When the amount of water and minerals in body cells is maintained in a balanced form, it is called Osmoregulation. • The concentration of cell fluid is known as osmotic pressure.

  4. Excretion Definition • Removal of nitrogenous metabolic waste from the body of organism in an aqueous solution is called excretion

  5. Thermoregulation Definition • Regulation of body temperature within a tolerable range is called thermoregulation
