In today’s lesson Enhance or adapt your recipe and then develop your recipe accordingly Development/ Homework task Use your time plan to develop and adapt recipes Consider different scenarios e.g. changing just one ingredient e.g. adding Thyme to your bread rolls Interpret results and make recommendations based upon them. No Entry to the food cupboard L/O: To produce a trial and improvement of at least one dish for their practical assessment Update your time plans and recipes. All must: To produce a basic dish with some care (Grade C) Most should: To produce at least one suitable dish and try and develop the dish through a development in the preparation method.(Grade B) Some could : To produce a range of suitable dishes, considering the development of making the dish and taking risks in the development and adaptation of the initial recipe. (Grade A) If you are not doing a practical today you must work on your time plan– remember to identify each dish!!
