  3. Strength • He is a person who enjoy good relationships with others and find deep satisfaction in working hard with colleagues to achieve a goal. • He can take a direction, follow through, and make the corrections necessary to stay on track.

  4. he can take control of a situation and make decisions. • He has unique qualities like figuring out how different people can work together productively.

  5. He has very much of patience to handle any adverse situations. He always says us for situational management. He is a good leader of our department. Whatever may be the situation he never feels panic and fear. Once I was very much upset due to some personal reasons but he treated me as my family member like brother, so I never forget him for that incident in my life. As he is hod in our department but he always behave us like a friend.
