M-EXTRA Omnitel and its partners Blue Bridge and Alna have implemented a mobile managers system unique in Lithuania. The system is aimed at increasing performance efficiency of a retail chain. Implemented solutions allow planning, control and analysis of the work of mobile managers, assessment of their performance quality, and have unique features for this system type: they provide an opportunity to monitor managers’ movement routes, receive photos from sales outlets, etc.
Main goals of implementing m-EXTRA • improve service quality of a retail chain; • reduce service costs of a retail chain; • apply modern work tools in providing service to the retail chain; • improve control and efficiency of managers’ work.
