  3. OpStats Report Deadlines Report Deadlines The reports are due to PTD no later than: • 1st Quarter: October 31 • 2nd Quarter: January 31 • 3rd Quarter: April 30 • 4th Quarter/Annual Report: August 31

  4. Changes to FY20 Report • Added Vanpool as a mode • Optional: still required to follow protocol when submitting data to PTD Finance Overview Weekday/Saturday/Sunday

  5. Overview: System Information Only Enter data into colored cells Color code for FY 19 is salmon

  6. Overview: Operating Modes Be sure to check the "check box” for your operating modes

  7. Finance: Allocate to Modes • FY18+, no longer allowed to proportionalize financial information by mode • Report as accurate as possible at submission deadline

RY19 NTD Policy Changes/Clarifications • See Pg.1 & 2 in 2019 NTD Reporting Policy Manual for all policy changes and Reporting Clarifications https://www.transit.dot.gov/ntd/manuals • Using APCs • Additional Certification Requirements • TNC • New mode in FY19 • Regular, continuing, shared-ride service open to general public • Must meet FTA’s definition of Public Transportation
