NOVA TERMINOLOGIJA Programme countries:bivše Participating countries (LLP & YiA) Partner Countries=Partner countries ERASMUS + sadrži tri ključne aktivnosti : 3 key actions (KA) KA1: LEARNING MOBILITY (mobilnost) KA2: CO-OPERATION PROJECTS (projekti) KA3: POLICY SUPPORT (politike) • Individualna mobilnost studenata i osoblja: Key Action 1 • Credit mobility (bivši Erasmus Mundus Action 2 & bivši Erasmus) • Degree mobility (bivši Erasmus Mundus Action 1) • Projekti saradnje u oblasti obrazovanja: Key Action 2 • Capacity Building (bivši Tempus)

Western Balkans Platform on Education & TRAINING (lansirana 2012. godine) Cilj EU platforme - adekvatna podrška svim nivoima obrazovanja u zemljama kandidatima ili potencijalnim kandidatimna sa Zapadnog Balkana • REFORME I KONVERGENCIJA SA EU • REGIONALNA SARADNJA • PUT KA PUNOJ INTEGRACIJI Meets once a year (since 2012) High political level: Ministers Heads of departments in ministries Steering function – identify priorities in E&T and commonissues for regional cooperation Organised by EAC with ENLARG support

  5. RELEVATNO ZA ZEMLJE ZAPADNOG BALKANA: 3 nivoa učešća u Erasmus+ 1. International Dimension strands (SRBIJA) 2. Partial participation via conclusion of Agreement (SRBIJA uskoro) 3. Full participation via establishment of NationalAgencies 1st LEVEL OF INVLOVEMENT

RELEVATNO ZA ZEMLJE ZAPADNOG BALKANA: 3 nivoa učešća u Erasmus+ 2nd LEVEL OF INVLOVEMENT (subject to the signing of MoU & participation fee) Partial participation via Agreement: All KA 3 & 2 centralised Actions such as: • Networks (Eurydice, Euroguidance, Europass) • eTwinning / EPALE Entry Ticket payment & Singed Agreement

NOVO ZA SRBIJU Credit mobility KA1 – na bazi sporazuma Mobilnost slična klasičnom Erasmus programu (Internationalopening of Erasmus-type creditmobilityprogrammes - replaces Erasmus Mundus Action 2) Poseban budžet namenjen Zapadnom Balkanu Open to countries around the world for first time(specific budget for WB countries) Mobilnost zasnovana na međuuniverzitetskim sporazumima Cooperation based on signed inter-institutionalagreements (not on multilateral partnerships as in past EM Action 2)

NOVO ZA SRBIJU Credit mobility KA1 – principi Erasmus Charter for Higher Education Fundamental principles Before During After Mobility Best practices Monitoring OSNOVNI PRINCIPI • Mobilnost između programskih i partnerskih zemalja (ne može između partnerskih zemalja) • Visokoobrazovne institucije moraju imati ERASMUS povelju (od institutcija iz Srbije će se tražiti da poštuju njena načela) • Prijavljivanje mobilnosti će uvek obavljati institutcija u programskoj zemlji • Svaka mobilnost između dva univerziteta moraće da bude pokrivena posebnim modelom međuuniverzitetskog sporazuma - Inter-Institutional Agreement (IIA).

  10. NOVO ZA SRBIJU Credit mobility KA1 – planirana procedura Evropska komisija: CALL & GUIDELINES (u toku 2014.) Sporazum IIA PROGRAMSKA ZEMLJA SRBIJA Pojedinac Nacionalna agencija UNI UNI Studenti i osoblje ne mogu sami da se prijavljuju, već moraju preko svog matičnog univerziteta. Matični univerzitet prijavljuje svoje mobilnosti (na bazi IIA sporazuma) univerzitetu-domaćinu Univerzitet domaćin prijavljuje mobilnosti svojoj Nacionalj agenciji (za finansiranje)

ŠTA JE U TOKU & U PLANU ZA SRBIJU Poslednji poziv za mreže Erasmus Mundus Action 2 za Zapadni Balkan (Univerzitet u novom Sadu: partner u 15 NOVIH prijava) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Erasmus + OTVORENI POZIVI: Jean MONNET Actions Degree Mobility (Joint Master Degrees) – KA1 (MSC Actions (EuropeanJoint Doctorates) – Horizon2020) BUDUĆI POZIVI: (external dimension, as beneficiarieswith budget from DG ELARG) Credit mobility (mobilnost na bazi sporazuma) Capacity building (bivši Tempus)
