  7. Solutions and Implementation Mitchell Technology Group, LLC, will provide estimated time of arrival for purchased equipment to UTHSC Purchasing within 3 business days. All goods provided by Mitchell Technology Group, LLC, shall be provided based on availability of requested product and shall be uniform in appearance and in accordance with generally applicable standards in the industry. In the event that warranty repairs are needed on equipment purchased on Order Letter, Mitchell Technology Group, LLC, will provide telephone to assistance UTHSC staff within 1 business day of notification. Vendor Qualifications Mitchell Technology Group, LLC, is in compliance with all City of Memphis, Shelby County and Tennessee licensing, bond and insurance requirements.
