  2. Setting • Thee were loud foot steps and the lockers were slaming shut.It Wat 10:00 and everyone was power walking to class.I step into the gym and see the basketball quart and the hoops on each side.

  4. Conflict • This conflict is man v self. Joylin is a tomboy and loves playing basketball but when she sees sontiago at a late night basketball game she loses her mind she needs to choose wether to pick basketball or sontiago

  5. Summary of Plot • Joylin loves playing basketball and waers baggy pants and t-shirts.Then she sees sontiago and changes.Now she wants to wear makeup and skirts.

  6. Theme • Never change to much for a boy. • I search my closet for a single outfit that would qualify as pretty: pg#62 • I stand in mom's vanity like most girls do at three,splashing on perfume: pg#67 • And hear i am snagging lipstick: pg#67

  7. Point of View • The point of vview for this book is never change for someone.It will help the reader understand that to nerver change to much for someone.It would be different if the author chose if Joylin stayed how she is as a tomboy.

  9. Recommendation • It is worth reading because it teaches you never to change who you are for someone else.
