Steps to Add Roadrunner Webmail to Outlook • Open Outlook and Enter in “Tools” or “File,” depending on version you have. • Tap and open “Account Settings” then click the email tab and choose “New.” This will open “New Email Account” dialogue box. • Tap and examine the box that starts “Manually configure server settings … “in 2007 or 2010 and click “Next.” Earlier Outlook versions only offer manual configuration. • Go to User Information and enter your name as you want it to show in your outgoing messages. Also, enter your complete email address. • Choose “POP3” below Server Info. Now, enter “pop-server.san.rr.com” or “pop-server.roadrunner.com” in the Incoming mail server box. Use the server that matches your email id. You have “email@san.rr.com” or “email@roadrunner.com,” thus use the matching server.

  3. Now, Enter “smtp-server.roadrunner.com” or “smtp-server.san.rr.com” in the Outgoing mail server section. Again, choose matches your email address. • Enter your complete Roadrunner email address within the User Name box. Sort in your password and examine “Remember password” unless you would like to enter it each time you check or send the email. • Tap “Test Account Settings” and watch for Outlook to deliver a text message to your Roadrunner account. It’ll show up in your Inbox. • Select “Next” then “Finish” to complete the configuration.
