Leadership Experiences Delta Sigma Phi Chapter Experiences: Became a founding father in fall of 2007. Since then built a chapter from 25 men to 60 men. Needed to hurdle numerous challenges that came along the way. Positions Held: Sergeant at Arms: Fall 2007- Spring 2008. Kept the members of the Chapter out of trouble and enforced the bylaws and provisions in the constitution President: Fall 2008- Spring 2009. Oversee and execute all functions of the fraternity Rush Chair: Fall 2009. Design and coordinate all r recruitment activities including rush events, tabling schedules, hosted a recruitment workshop for actives members, etc. Alumni Relations: Spring 2010. Coordinated numerous large alumni appreciation events and remained the main contact between the alumnus and the undergraduate chapter. Delta Sigma Phi National Experience: The Summit, Indianapolis IN, December 2008. Annual seminar that teaches skills that help young leaders find tactics they can use to control a small organization. Regional Leadership Academy, Los Angeles, CA, February, 2007, 08’, 09.’ Teaches undergraduates how to handle tasks in their perspective chapters such as: - Finances - Responsibility & Accountability - Risk Management - ETC Leadership Institute, Indianapolis IN, August 2009 Graduate of the Rho Class,52 members accepted nation wide.
