  3. Case 1: Clinical Details • R, 36 years man • Live related renal transplant- April 2004 • Donor- Mother • Basic disease- ESRD (?CIN) • On triple drug immunosuppression • Presented with decreased appetite and rise in serum creatinine

  4. Case 1 • On Examination • Mild pallor • No edema • B.P- 130/80 mm Hg • Abdomen soft, no tenderness.
