  4. 911 CALL • January 6, 2008 • 7:34 p.m. • SR-163 mile post 29 • 5 miles north of Mexican Hat Utah • 911 calls come in to San Juan County Dispatch

  5. UHP Timeline • Section manpower • 1 Sgt, 2 Troopers • Currently working single vehicle rollover 55 miles north of bus crash, 1 hour to respond • Sgt. Rick Eldrege first LE on scene

  6. UHP Scene Command • Sgt. Eldrege calls for every ambulance • Scene safety • UHP assist EMS with triage

  7. Reconstruction Begins • Field Diagram • Photogrametry • MAIT investigator responds • MAIT Team Reconstructs Crash

  8. Communications • Cell phone amplifiers in UHP vehicles • Abajo peak repeater • Omni link
