Shared Learning Visits Westminster CE Primary School Nursery staff, pupils and parents learning together in a practical way about the importance of talk.
The aim of the sessions Families of pupils with little expressive and receptive language are selected to take part in the intervention. The shared learning visits take parents and their children to local places – To show parents the facilities that are accessible to them in their locality, Staff model language and dialogue that engages the pupil in conversation about where they are, what they can see, what they are doing.
Where do we go? To the museum of film, photography and television On a train journey To the pet shop

It has given me confidence. What do parents say? We didn’t know about this place. I have enjoyed the visits. I know what to talk about when we are out. It has been nice to spend quality time with one of my children.
