    2. This is an old milk bottle like the one Grandma pretended to find a mouse in. The other picture is a mouse like the one Grandma pretended to find in the milk.

    3. Pictures of old outhouses like the one that belonged to Effie Wilcox that the Cowgills knocked over. The picture to the left is the inside of an outhouse. The picture to the right is from the outside.

    4. The first picture is a catfish like the ones that Grandma Dowdel caught and cooked for Aunt Puss Chapman and the drifters. The second picture is a fish trap which is what she caught the fish in.

    5. These are pictures of Gooseberry pies like the one Grandma Dowdel made for the fair.

    6. This is a vintage airplane like the one Joey got to ride in at the fair and a second place blue ribbon like the one Grandma won for her gooseberry pie at the fair.

    7. These pictures are of Nehi which is a soda Joey and Mary Alice drank in the book.

    8. This is a hat like Abraham Lincoln wore (like the one Grandma tried to pass off as Abraham Lincolns) and an old quilt (also like the one Grandma tried to pass off as a quilt sewn by Mary Todd Lincoln).

    9. The first picture is a first place trophy like the one Mary Alice and Ray Veech won in the Talent Show. The other picture is a ballroom dancing shoe which is the kind of dance they performed.

    10. These are uniforms from the Mexican War which is the war Uncle Grady Griswold fought in.
