Benefit of Manual Data Entry Approach • Build institutional capacity by the purchase of more microcomputers which can be used for other activities after the census. • Creates employment facility and training for more people. • Data can be easily identified and keyed. • Inconsistent data can be identify and resolved before keying. • Relatively less expensive • Data was processed within reasonable period of eight months.
