Main Points • IMM Supports ISO’s Proposal of FCM PI • It provides strong incentives for resources to perform during shortage events • IMM is studying the impact of the new construct on bidding behavior and will include the risks of non-performance in calculating de-list bids. • IMM is considering developing a template for calculation of non-performance costs • IMM is reviewing the Dynamic Delist Threshold in light of the new design.
