Business or Healthcare criteria are available on the Baldrige website • www.baldrige.nist.gov/NIST_Materials.htm A hard copy of this standard will be provided at training • Robert W. Carey Performance Excellence Program case study • A copy will be sent via email • PRINT a hard copy of the case study (Nightingale College of Nursing) (note: pages 40 – 44 contain graphs that would be easier to interpret in color) • READthe case study • BRING the case study to class!!!
