John Slaven Funding Workshop Structure and Management (High ) • Structure and Management should relate to the delivery of the project. • Staffing Basis: secondment, full time, part time or job share. • Responsibility of unions to appoint and it is vital that arrangements are completed prior to commencement. • Strict limit of £37,000 for wages, applied on pro-rata basis. • Unions over 150,000 members no salary cap but upper limit of £111,000.
