  3. The following needs to be added to the security & Pop-up Blocker settings: https://northflorida.ns.medcity.net or https://southatlantic.ns.medcity.net https://*.medcity.net for access to the site.

  4. Installation on a PC Using your browser type in the corresponding web address To save an icon on your desktop do the following: File Send Shortcut to DesktopRight Click on Icon & rename hCare Access

  5. Logging into hCare Access Use your provided 3-4ID & Password

  6. Citrix Client Install The “Download Client” dialog box appears, Click the blue Download button Click Run on the “File Download” dialog box And the hCare access client will begin installing on your machine

  7. Enrollment

  8. TYPICALLY YOU WILL HAVE 5 ICONS ONCE THE DESKTOP IS LOADED: •MEDITECH GEMS – CPOE (Used for Pdoc, Clinical Review and Order Entry) •Up To Date (Physician Clinical Resource) •Centricity PACS Web (Access Radiology Images) •hCare Portal (To view Patient Chart and complete deficiencies)
