DECT Configuration GDC 400/450H Max 16 DECT Handsets GDC 400/600 B • A WDIB4 (4WTI + 4DKT I/F)/System • Max. 4 Cells/System • Max. simultaneous 4/6 Calls/Cell • Max. simultaneous 16 Calls/System • Supports DECT GAP standards • Max. Base station distance from WDIB4 : 600m • E1 Interface between WDIB4 and base station 600m 4 Calls per Base ARIA IP - 60 WDIB4 NOTE: The WDIB4 can only be used on the BKSU

  6. DECT Registration • There is two ways to register a DECT handset to the ARIA IP - 60 system: • DECT registration via PC Admin • DECT registration via Attendant Terminal NOTE: The Park number and AC code can only be programmed into the system thru the Attendant terminal.

DECT Registration Attendant 1/2 • Park code and AC code programming • Press TRANS/PGM 0 / # • Press Flex button 6 Park code programme • Type in Park code (Park code will be displayed on the MBU of BKSU) • Press hold/Save to save Park code • Press Flex button 3 AC code programming • This can be any code (1234) • Press hold/Save to save AC code • Press Flex button 1 Enter STA No: 112 • Enter Phone type (GDC 400/GDC 450) type 3 • Press the Hold/Save button to start DECT registration. NOTE: Type 1: DECT handsets (33X) GDC 335H Type 2: DECT handsets (ST-GAP) any Standard GAP complaint handset Type 3: DECT handset (34x/4xx) GDC 345H and GDC 400/450 H

DECT Registration Attendant 2/2 • DECT handset registration • Press the Menu Button on the GDC 450H handset • With the Navigational keys scroll to your right until Phone Registration • Press OK • Scroll down to Subscription • Press OK • Select Base 1 • Handset will Display the Park number of System • Press OK • Enter AC code 1234 • Press OK • On the Attendant Terminal it will show Subscribed: SUCCESS • And the GDC 450H Handset will confirm subscription.

  9. DECT Registration PC Admin 1/2 • Open PC Admin • Select Supplementary services • Select subscribe

  10. DECT Registration PC Admin 2/2 • Type in STA no: 112 • Select Type of Handset • Press Execute • Follow All steps of DECT handset registration
