AACREA’s job is … to link all CREA groups, always through a regional structure. these regional structures respond to ecological and productive similarities. managed by a monthly group president’s meeting, coordinated by a regional representative at the board. and another monthly meeting for the CREA advisers, coordinated by an AACREA adviser. An Annual Work Program, which includes yearly evaluation meetings for seasonal productions, patrimo-nial comparisons between regional farms, field tests, management training, etc. THE REGIONAL STRUCTURE DOES WHAT THE CREA GROUPS CANNOT
AACREA is a non-profit Civil Association It is formed, funded, and directed by farmers who work on a voluntary basis Only staff and advisers are payed for their work Presidents fulfill a two year period and are not reelected
