Use case # 2 description • Paul Roberts • Project Manager • Swift IT Consulting  • Company Size: 500 employees • Locate and implement software to improve the ability for teams in our two locations to collaborate and manage projects. • Paul manages 6 projects managers working in two different locations. • The software has to be able to track, import, and change resources such as humans, equipment, and time. • Software has to interact with their current environment
