The Course • U of M Baccalaureate Program for RNs • Teaching-Learning Process in Nursing Practice • January to April 2010 • Second time teaching the course online • Wanted to do something “different”

Instructor • Just keep facilitating • Don’t worry too much about the final product • Learning is happening in all phases • Expect all learners won’t cope with the paradigm shift: VW
