5. List/Groups of StudentsIf “B” is selected - a listing of all of the students whose last name starts with “B” appears.If a grade level is chosen – a listing of all students in that grade level appears. If this is not the group you want, Click on the PowerSchool logo to return to the start page OR Click on the “bread crumbs” to return to the start page.

6. This is an example of the “Demographics” page for the student selected previously. Notice once a student is selected the “Menu Bar” changes. This is an example of a Discipline Alert symbol. By clicking on the symbol, the Alert window will open.

7. This is another example of how to search for a student. Click on the “Switch Student” link. A prompt window will open “Explorer User Prompt” – type in Student name in the field. Click OK.

8. This is an example of one of the attendance screens in PowerSchool. It is similar to the “Days of Activity” on page 2 of the attendance screen in SASI. Don’t forget to Logout Examples of other types of alerts: Medical, Guardian & Discipline.
