Goderis - Timeline • January 10, 2007Applied for a septic permit from the Department of Health. • January 10, 2007EPD received a septic permit from the Department of Health for review to determine the presence of wetlands. • January 26, 2007EPD sent a memo to the Department of Health not supporting the issuance of the permit due to the presence of wetlands. • February 21, 2007 and June 1, 2007 Applied for the Binding Letter of Exemption. • June 7, 2007 Environmental Protection Officer Denied the Binding Letter of Exemption. • June 21, 2007 Appeal of the denial.
Econlockhatchee Protection Area This article shall not be applicable to the following projects if the approval was issued prior to December 21, 1990: (1) Developments of regional impact that have received a development order issued pursuant to F.S. § 380.06; or (2) Platted lots and parcels of record (as defined in section 38-1) that have infrastructure improvements or structures constructed in accordance with county regulations; or (3) Projects that have received county approval of construction plan(s) or approved preliminary subdivision plans on or before January 8, 1991, and are proceeding in accordance with county regulations.
Action Requested ACTION REQUESTED: Uphold the decision of the Environmental Protection Officer to deny the request for a Binding letter of Exemption in accordance with Chapter 15, Section 380 (15-380).
