  5. In 2000 Holbrook et al claimed that educational research had little impact upon Australian teachers and their teaching practices. Holbrook et al. (2000, pg.6) discovered that “university research in schools was largely indirect, unstructured and often mediated through individuals”. Is the situation now different in 2014?
