TOMATO CREAM SAUCE PENNE PASTA Boil penne pasta. Drain and set aside. Heat oil in the saucepan add chopped onions, garlic paste and cook over medium heat and stir frequently. Add Italian style diced tomatoes, dried basil leaves, iodine, and plain salt, dried oregano, pepper; stir and combine seasonings. Bring it to the boil and continue to boil for 5 minutes. Remove the saucepan from heat. Pour half cup of heavy cream, butter and stir to combine. Reduce the heat and return the pot to heat. Simmer for 5 minutes when the bubbles appear. Pour pasta into the bowl and spread creamy sauce over it. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley. Tomato cream sauce pasta is ready to serve.
SPAGHETTI PASTA SAUCE In a saucepan add sausage and cook for few minutes. Then add ground beef, chopped onions, and garlic cloves and cook the mixer for few minutes. Pour crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, water and stir all ingredients. Seasons of sugar, dried basil, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper and mix sauce well. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the sauce for 20 minutes. Pour spaghetti into the bowl and spread pasta sauce over the spaghetti. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Spaghetti pasta sauce is ready to sauce.
KOILA CHICKEN WITH WHITE SHELL PASTA Cook shell pasta. Drain water and run cold water over pasta. Add 1 tablespoon oil and mix well. Set aside. In a bowl chicken fillet, yogurt, soya sauce, vinegar, chili flakes, salt, paprika, food color yellow and mix well. Marinate for 45 minutes. Heat oil in the saucepan and simmer chicken fillet for 10 minutes. In a saucepan add butter, garlic paste, saute and remove from stove. Now add flour, milk, cream and beat quickly. Bring the pan back to stove. Stir and add salt, pepper, oregano, green capsicum, cheddar cheese and mix well. Add shell pasta and combine well. Sprinkle basil. Pour chicken fillet pieces. Koila chicken with white shell pasta.
