SHRM – ECC Opportunities The Doolittle Institute will host an Onward to Opportunity (O2O) event at their Niceville facility from 5-8 March for the Emerald Coast Military Community.  How it Works Eligibility The O2O Program leverages the DOD Skill Bridge authority to provide transitioning service members, veterans, guardsman, reservist and the spouses of all those categories to attend. The O2O Program is completely FREE of charge (does not touch GI Bill/Post 9/11 monies, VA Voc Rehab or TA) to all eligible participants! The course work is completely on-line and self-paced however, we do require the transitioning service members, unemployed veterans and spouses attend the 4-day in-classroom Onward to Your Career (OTYC) course to participate. This course focuses on life-long learning and long-term employability along with job search skills such as interviewing, negotiating salaries, networking and social media branding.
