Critical Language Awards • Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) Program offers intensive summer language institutes overseas in thirteen critical need foreign languages • Arabic • Persian • Azerbaijani • Bangla/Bengali • Hindi • Indonesian • Korean • Punjabi • Turkish • Urdu • Chinese • Japanese • Russian • Award: fully-funded group-based intensive language instruction for 7-10 weeks for U.S. graduate students • Deadline: usually due in early-mid November • http://www.clscholarship.org/
