6. Dashboard The main screen of PMS is the Dashboard. Dashboard would give visibility of all activities on-board, likewise Maintenance Activity Pending today, Activities Pending till date, maintenance schedule, Person on board, Stop Card Issues, asset breakdown – Everything on single DashBoard, On click of this link Job card form will open Description: As per the selection the valves will be filtered i.e Pending , completed Tasks This section shows the Maintenance Activity Pending today This section shows Task Pending till date

7. Dashboard (Part II) Activity Count : This section shows total Count of activities performed in the PMS system. People on board : This section displays People on baord (Company wise)

8. Fixed Asset Category Fixed Asset Category: From here you can insert Fixed Asset Category and sub category Fixed Asset Main Category can be Machines, Engines, etc.,. Sub Category refers to Type of Machines with in the Main Category

Fixed Asset Other Checklist: Activities needs to be checked during the maintainance of assets General Details: You can define assets and it location ansd sublocation Characteristics: Here define the Characteristics of the rig. Likewise, Manufacture, Model, etc., Consumable Details: Required consumables for the assets are captured here Spares Details: In this tab all spare parts details are maintained Maintenance Activities: In this tab asset maintainance activities are recorded with its frequency

10. Fixed Asset – Characteristics TAB Characteristics are the features of the Asset. Characteristics data are populated from the USERLIST Master. Capture the value against each Characteristics. (example shown in the screens To Edit existing Characteristic (line).. Click on Edit To Inactivate the characteristic, select Inactive

11. Fixed Asset – Maintenance Activities TAB Maintenance Activity of a Machine/Equipment is pre defined in this screen. The activities defined here is invoked in the Maintenance job card as per the Frequency defined here. Define the Activity, Standard Observation, Lower Limit, Upper Limit, Tolerance % and Frequency here. After defining each activity, click on ADD button to add the activity in the activity list. Please Note: The Standard Observation , Lower limit, Upper Limit and Tolerance % are the Standards, which is defined here. These are not mandate columns. To Edit existing Activity (line).. Click on Edit To Inactivate the Actvitity, select Inactive

12. Fixed Asset – Consumable Details TAB Consumables used for the Machine/Equipment during Maintenance is captured here. Inventory Category and Sub category under the Main Category is populated from Item Master in the Master Module. Consumable Item is populated from the Item Master UOM is poulated from the UserList Master Minimum Req Qty and Maximum Acceptable Quantity are user defined. This can be pre-defined here.

13. Fixed Asset – Spare Details TAB Spare Parts required for the Asset / Equipment during the Maintenance is pre-defined here. Inventory Category and Sub category under the Main Category is populated from Item Master in the Master Module. Spare Item is populated from the Item Master UOM is poulated from the UserList Master Click on ADD to add the spare details in the GRID

14. Fixed Asset – Other ChecklistTAB Every facility manager needs a preventive maintenance checklist, use this tool to check for Standards. In Addition ot the Maintenance activity if there are any checklist Items that is required. These checklist can be pre-defined here. This is an optional TAB. Checklist could be Document Standards,

15. Job Card Preventive Maintenance job card in which details of a job to be performed is captured. It is used as a means to authorise and instruct the Maintenance People to take up the Maintenance work. The content and formats of the job card are all populated from the Asset Master. Activity Name is poulated from the Pre-defined Maintnenance activity defined in the Asset Master. Standard Observation, Lower Limit, Upper Limit and Tolerance is also populated as per the standards defined in the Asset Master. Last Observed Date: is the Observation ityduring the Last Maintenance performed Dated On: Shows the last date when the Activity was performed Actual Observation. Capture here the Observation and Activity description performed now. Start time and End Time: This is specific to the activity. Status : Select the status. Status can be Open/Completed OR in-progress. Defects / Resolution / Remarks : These are user Defined fields

16. Stopcard Type Stop Card Type: In this tab we can enter stop card type and subtype description

17. Stop Card Add and Clear Button: is used for add information or clear information The STOP program is a behavior-based safety program. It is designed to prevent injuries and occupational illnesses in the workplace. This form is used to capture the details of observation ,observer, location, and you can also keep record of action took place for the observation

18. Break Down Ticket This is a form where you can log the asset breakdown ticket

19. Repair Job Card Repair job card is used against the breakdown ticket loged.
