  1. Master Module Masters Module has all Forms which work as Master Forms for the eresource Xcel ERP. We believe in Masters and Transaction concept where in all Master Data is defined which are only selectable in Transaction Forms. This will eliminate repeated data entries for common data like Products, Clients, Suppliers, Country Names, and City Names etc. All Masters are mainly classified into Geographical Data, Initial Data, Product Data, and Store Data & Ledger.In the Master module, we have heads like Account, Item, General, Excise, Warehouse and Report.

  3. Customer Master Customers General details, contact details, billing dispatch details, credit information, terms & condition tagging tabs are available here. Branch Mapping

  4. Agent Master Agent General details, contact details, billing dispatch details, credit information, terms & condition tagging tabs are available here. Registration details of Party Agent is filled in here

  5. Supplier Master Supplier General details, contact details, billing dispatch details, credit information, terms & condition tagging tabs are available here.

  6. Location Master Location wise details are stored here such as Country, State, City, Area, Currency name, Currency code Denomination etc.

Item Master At the core of every business system, there is a nucleus.For eresource Excel ERP, our nucleus is the Item Master. eresource ERP's Item Master serves as the centralized repository for all items/products, which are tracked and inventoried within the enterprise. Our Item Master can create any and all attributes related to item details.

  8. Warehouse Master Here you can create or update Warehouse, to storage of goods which are needed,you can also update day to day Item status like how many are available,how much more required etc.

  9. Inventory Category Here you can create or edit Inventory Category with it's description.

  10. Excise Head Here you can create excisable goods on which excise is apply.

  11. User List Here you can create or edit any categories as per user requirements with required details & then user uses these categories for transactions.

  12. Brach Details Report It displays Customerwise Branch Details report,here you can also search report by different category like supplier or agent.

  13. Party General Details Report It displays Party Details report, here you can also search report by different category like customer or by agent.
