  1. General PO Purchase Order is made against the requisition. PO is sent to the vendor in order to get quotation. for general Item the PO is made differently.

  2. Electrical PO The electrical Item are purchased against the requisition made by electrical department. all the details of electrical item are sent through this PO.

  3. Spare PO Purchase order for the Spare item is made through Spare PO.

  4. Tarpaulin PO Purchase of Tarpaulin is made against the purchase order which is Tarpaulin PO.

  5. Pending Approval According to the Product category PO number is generated. all the PO details are available at one click in GO section. The status is also mentioned in front of each PO.You can directly send mail too the vendor with PO attachement
