Senior Dates… • May 10th, Thursday “Not Clear List Posted”…Early Release Day • May 17th, Friday “Clearance List” Money Must be PAID • May 21st, Tuesday, Senior Exams, 1st thru 4th • May 22nd, Wednesday, Senior Exams, 5th thru 8th • May 23rd, Thursday, Senior Exam Make-Up Day…All Classes • May 24th, Friday, FREE Breakfast, Sundial Signing! Cafeteria • May 28th, Tuesday, Senior Awards Ceremony, Auditorium • May 29th, Wednesday, Senior Slide Show, Movie • May 30th, Thursday, SENIORS LAST DAY!!! Make a Difference Day!

  3. Until May 30th… • You are required to attend school everyday until May 30th • You MUST be here or you will be marked absent! • SO JUST BE HERE!

  4. REHEARSAL Graduation Rehearsal at Ellis Davis MANDATORY: All Seniors MUST attend! Tuesday, June 4th Be at Sunset by 8:45 for line-up Everyone will be taking the Buses Caps and Gowns will be distributed after Rehearsal at Sunset Medals, Cords and Collars Pickup for Honored Students

  5. TICKETS Ticket Distribution Tuesday, June 4th After Rehearsal We will not know the exact number of tickets each student will receive until the week of graduation. The number depends on the number of students actually graduating. We do not know that until the last week.

  6. EVERYONE (INCLUDING BABIES)MUST HAVE A TICKET SUNSET GRADUATION 2013 Wednesday, June 5th YOU MUST ARRIVE BY 5:30 PM At Ellis Davis EVERYONE NEEDS A TICKET !!!

DRESS CODE FOR GIRLS • DRESS CODE FOR GIRLS • Cap and gown over clothes • Dress should not be longer than the gown • Black shoes…no tennis shoes or athletic shoes • No extremely high heeled shoes, excessively large earrings or purses • No corsages, gum or candy • Graduation caps are worn flat on the head and not sitting on the • back of the head • Nothing is allowed on the caps except the tassels

DRESS CODE FOR BOYS • DRESS CODE FOR BOYS • Cap and gown over clothes • Dress pants/slacks, white long sleeve shirt and dark tie • Black shoes and dark socks…no tennis shoes or athletic shoes • No boutonnieres, jewelry, gum or candy • Graduation caps are worn flat on the head • Nothing is allowed on the caps except the tassels
