Respected Sir / Madam, We are an organization committed to the development of English Speaking & Personality, consistently providing training since 1973 to more than 5000 students annually, who are Graduates, Professionals, Servicemen, and Businessmen. To create awareness among the students about this competitive world, and to boost the level of their confidence to face the world head - on, as every year, we are organizing India’s biggest AnnualALL INDIA INTER-SCHOOL PERSONALITY CONTEST .   3. About the Academy In this net age, with increased competition in every walk of life it has forced an individual to be alert on all fronts. If a degree becomes a prerequisite for a good job then ultimate requisite always ends up in a search for a sound personality. At this juncture, if the need is not catered in time, it is enough to put one’s career in doldrums.   Feeling this pulse of the society, way back in 1973, Nagpur’s oldest multifarious professional organization called oxford speakers’ academy at rani Jhansi square, Sitabuldi, came into existence with a commitment to provide the concept of English speaking, Public Speaking and personality Development within the reach of a common man, though many more organizations followed the suit, oxford speakers’ academy has come out victorious from the onslaught of competition and today stands like a colossus among its competitors.  Every individual is a unique set of talent, ready to be touched and blossomed. if dynamic personality is the key to the door of success then character is what keeps it open forever. Character is built by habits, habits are the result action and actions are inspired by the thoughts. It is these basic thoughts, which are the architect of our personality, is what we groom at oxford, so that the individual evolves himself as a blissful rainbow.

  4. About the Contest To create the awareness amongst the students about the competitive world and to boost the level of their confidence we are organizing annually India’s Biggest ‘All India Inter-school personality contest’. This contest will be comprising of four rounds having different tests of performance in each round to assess the overall personality of the student and even though a student does not come out to be a winner, he finds himself a changed person after passing through all these rounds. In the last contest, 1000 student-representatives from 500 schools had participated and they were provided with every opportunity to develop themselves. All due care is taken of the participants by providing them with hygienic food and on-time medical facilities. The entire competition is evaluated by special software to guarantee impartiality and accuracy of the event. To our pride, this year more schools have shown interest in this contest. We are therefore, expecting more participants for this mega event. This year with your kind help the Institute will take every step to enhance the quality and exposure of the contest, and will make the event memorable and successful.

History of Inter-School Personality Contest • Initiated the contest at root level in 1995. • Took a step further at Nagpur level in 1996. • In 2003, at Vidharbha Level, more than 175 schools participated. • In 2005, event made History to approch 700 students from 350 schools of Central India. • Became All India Level in 2006. • Since 2006 has been a Pride of Nagpur hosting 1000 students of 500 schools from all over India. • Now the spirit is on for 2013…
