  2. Career Name & a description • My career is in the marketing field. • The career is a Real Estate Agent.

  3. High School Education Requirements • You have to have a high school diploma and or GED to become a Real Estate Agent.

  4. College Requirements for the Career • You have to have a bachelor’s degree to become a real estate agent and it will cover many different subjects of a real estate agent. Bachelor’s Degree

  5. Any other Certification Requirements • All licensees are required • Real Estate Practice • Legal Aspects of Real Estate • Real Estate Finance • Real Estate Appraisal • Real Estate Economics or Accounting • Three college level courses are required to get a license.

  6. Job Duties/Responsibilities • Most real estate agents begin their day by looking at the previous day's market activity. This is usually on a downloaded or online "hot sheet" report. It tells them what sold, new listings, price changes and other activity in their market. This determines their job duties and or responsibilities for the day.

  7. Unique & Interesting Information • A real estate broker or real estate agent is a person who acts as an intermediary between sellers and buyers of real estate/real property and attempts to find sellers who wish to sell and buyers who wish to buy. • In the United States, real estate brokers or real estate agent and their salespersons assist sellers in marketing their property and selling it for the highest possible price under the best terms.
