  2. Assumption • ECS will send HEW two (2) pair of row/column coordinates in some ‘absolute’ projection space (encompassing all granules of this ESDT). • Upper-Left and Lower-Right row/col pairs • or • Row Range (min/max) and Column Range (min/max)
