Primary Responsibilities: Redeem operating gross profit objectives through Leadership and management of staff while meeting contractual commitments to customers in a timely, high-quality manner. Prepare and participate, in cooperation with VP of National Accounts, unit plans for gross profit, burden, field staffing levels, subcontractor mix and burden costs for annual operating plan Ensure performance of 100% on customer agreements under your responsibility. P.M. shall be performed as scheduled. Computer reports and job visits will be used to measure this objective Maintain actual gross profit at planned levels for all GEO Centers and Profit Centers Limit contract cancellation rate to zero due to customer dissatisfaction Obtain SPOT revenue and CPM and GPM revenue plans www.jcep.info
