Specification given by Client: The client had gained excessive fat during a period of organic and non-organic growth. High levels of process redundancies, disharmony between group and individual business unit tactical and strategic plans led to are structuring programme to completely revamp the system landscape, tune thejob-profiles of the organization of 120000 + end-users and optimise the process model through the course of the programme. Positioning the company for regulatory and compliance changes was also scope and a necessity for the programme to become a success.
